The Quad and
Dual Dive Light options are available to provide improved off camera
lighting and to provide additional light in large diameter bores, mines,
and caves. The Quad Dive Light
uses four dive lights that contain their own battery power source and can
be used in conjunction with other light attachments. The quad brackets may
use either the Tec 40 dive light which is good to 500 feet underwater, and
the Pelican dive light which is good to 1000 feet. The Pelican has actually
survived underwater to 1800 feet with modest damage but still operational. The
Dual Dive Light system is similar to the Quad Dive Light system except
its brackets hold only two Tec or two Pelican dive lights. |

The Duel and Quad
attachment clamps are designed to attach to GeoVISION borehole camera systems in four
different ways. These versatile clamps hold dive lights and allows them to
be positioned near the body of the camera, the centralizer, or cable. All
fittings are 3/4 inch PVC screw together connectors. An additional centralizer may be placed in the system above the dive
lights to
provide more stability.
High brightness LED’s replace the incandescent lights in each dive light. These
lights operate for approximately four hours on a fresh set of four AA
alkaline batteries. |
