I have a picture on the monitor but it will not record on the VCR.	Program the VCR for AV input or line input depending on the terms used by the VCR manufacturer. Refer to the VCR owner manual. This programming may require use of the remote control.
I have video but no sound.	Check or replace the microphone battery
I get video noise when the crank is tuned on the cable reel	This is likely due to worn slip rings, which should be replaced. Refer to the owner’s manual for the procedure.
Fog behind the lens	This indicates a leak. There is no field repair possible and the camera must be returned to Marks Products, Inc. for repair as soon as possible. This rarely happens, but should it occur quick return to the factory will reduce repair costs.
