Due to the foreign policy of the United States, formal government approval is required for the export and re-export of GeoVISION™ Borehole Camera Systems manufactured by Marks Products, Inc. to destinations subject to U.S. embargoes or trade sanctions.

The following nations are subject to embargo or restrictive trade sanctions imposed by the United States.

• Cote D’Ivoire
• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea (Democratic Republic of Korea)
• Sudan
• Syria
• Zimbabwe
